4/22 Bonito

Cleared New River Inlet around 7:30am Friday morning, immediately saw working birds about 2 miles out. Fish ate until about 9:30-10 o'clock; caught them on pink 21g maria jigs. They seemed to be very healthy this year, caught a 8.65 lb citation fish, I believe my biggest bonito yet.

Yes sir, only trolled for about 15 min and picked up some blues, no bonito.

Sweet and congrats! seems the Bonito are the bite right now. Top water ate them up last couple of days...
