They will stay this way for several weeks and the Blacktip Challenge is one week away! I don't think 500 tags is enough for 7 days of fishing! lol

Who ever is coming, I suggest you sharpen your hooks and make several dozen leaders, you will need them!

Blacktip Hunter, I will be in Sebastian for a little while but not until the first week of March. Which way are these sharks heading and where can I expect to have a shot at them once I get down there. Have fished Sebastian a lot over the last twenty years but have never targeted sharks off of the beach while I know many do. Any info is welcome, thanks.

They were solid along the beach the last couple days... I love catchin them on the keys flats on real light spin gear but its not a bad thing to get em a little deeper off the suds...

They will be up there in the first week of March. In the first 2 weeks of February, the sharks stay mostly in palm beach. Towards the mid-end of February the sharks held down to Delray, then back up to the Carolinas.

I talked to one of the anglers who will be fishing in the tournament last night. His group has been fishing this school of blacktips for the last 3 days for several hours each night and have managed to catch 38.
