When is there going to be some blue water in PV

I have recovered from knee surgery and am hot to get down to PV and go fishing. JT, do you have a crystal ball about when the La Nina effect will be gone?

If I remember correctly, 3 or 4 years ago there was a similar situation that lasted into late April. I was there in May and it was pretty good. Do you think that is the situation now?

It's COMING!!!!

We're headed to Barra on Sunday with the Maximo for 3 - 4 days in search of some blue marlin. Herk got a 450#er and heard a report of a 650#er hooked and lost. Early season blues anyone? Hmmmm? HMMMMMM?!?!?!?! Giddy up!

Buenos Dias!

The blue water situation around PV is starting to improve...kinda sorta, BUT even better is the nice warm water down south, definitely hitting 80+ deg. Out 20nm - 30nm the water is still nasty green but gets nice and blue outside of that. Ill keep an eye out today to see what we seeeee! Viva Maximo

That's what I'm talking about! OK we leave tomorrow morning for 3 - 4 days so lemme know. I know there's a big blue down there with our name on it.

Here we go....

This is more of today's intel. Dont know how far south you're going Josh but there is a huge pocket of nice warm 80+ blue water where I attempted to circle on the sst slide. LOL...will keep you posted should have at least another update before you jet manana. the fish are waiting for you....

Yeah that pocket does look like $$$ Anthony. Though it does look like there's some kind of bloom going on down there now from those two chlorophyl shots. Hmmmmm....time will tell i guess!

I saw that too....hope it does not continue to spread. Looks like the currents are moving it around a little bit.
