What is the latest on fishing in PV?
I have some friends heading down tomorrow for a week that want to get out and do a little fishing. How has it been recently?
Thanks BrianB |

JT hasn't been down there for a couple of weeks.........
Offshore: Sounds like some Marlin, Dorado, and school sized tuna are around Banco and on the outside. Inshore: Smaller school sized dorado are supposed to be plentiful on the trashlines on the outskirts of the bay. |

Matt's report was right on guys. I've been talking to the boys since i got back to PV 4 days ago and there's nothing to get too excited about out there yet.
The surf, however, has been RICHTER! Wait till you see this report! Water temps are in the high eighties i saw everything in the last two days from 86 - 89.3 degrees and we were up to 65 miles offshore during our trip. I did spot some life 15 miles north of the bank but it was all small football tunas, nothing huge yet. All in all pretty quiet, but as we all know the big BANG is coming soon...
