Congrats - Pretty ride. When do you take delivery?
Ok here is the deal..
She is one of 40 Palm Beach 32 built in costa rica and imported to the US in 1986. She is so well put together its crazy , and she is in really fish ready state. She has a single (re-power in 2003) Yanmar 315 , 200 gallons of fuel, sleep two in the nice cabin with head. Runs 20 knots cruise 26 wot , no speed queen but super solid built no banging around ride in comfort style. She has just had the teak floor and toe rail re-done, new updated electronics including AP,FF,VHF,CP,CD player, new strto glass, topsides painted.....
The wife and I wanted a boat that we could over night in , not get soaking wet , not have to sleep on bean bags, not get slammed around as in our past outboard boats, A boat we can afford to run all day buring 8 gph at 20knots..........this boat serves all our needs and still will fit where it has to fit .......My dock.
The tower is to be chopped to fold at the station floor and the buggy is being hinged to come off as well for cobia season.Thats basically it beisdes stuff i would like to do like underwater lights, add rod holders to the tower, replace all boat lights with led lighting, add radar back to the boat(owner removed the broken radar and never replaced) oh yea ....outriggers......
Sea trailed her today and she planes at 9 knots, has the cleanest wake i have ever seen at 7 knots and blasted through the inlet into a 3-4 ft head sea and just tracked right though it with no spray or slamming during the whole ride.

That's a slayer for sure and you can't beat the economy. Here's hoping your survey goes well and you and the seller both walk away happy.
Congrats Buddy, she's a fine boat.Good luck with the preping man.
