    Salty in Socorro

    Just got a Sat Phone call from Josh. They arrived in Socorro late this afternoon. Great weather all the way. They caught a few tuna,, no size specified and a 450 lb Blue. I will keep you advised as I get the reports

    Salty at San Benedicto

    Conditions were poor at Socorro so all we did there was check in with the Navy and catch bait. All fishing took place at San Benedicto at the Lunker Hole and North Ledge. WIDE FREAKEN OPEN ACTION for 4 straight days of all you wanted Wahoo (25 - 40lbs) and Tuna (lots between 100 - 150lbs with largest going 215lbs). This is one of the greatest fishing trips of my life thus far and look forward to Lucatania and Clarion with the boys later this year. Thanks again to SteveD, JT, Benji, Gerald, Sling Blade, and the Bedell Brothers for an amazing trip.
