That is if the massive oil spill hasn't come down that far, this may end our season if not a decade of seasons depending when they can get this thing capped off.

Holy shit. That's a real bad day. From a 26 yr. old guy who runs 2 mi. everyday:

A mile swim in a rough sea to shore at 42 is pretty damn good lol. Guess at that point you have to make the swim.

Why did you go into kidney failure? Did you have prior condition?

Kidney failure is common in near drowning instances where one pushes their body past the point of regular fatigue trying to "LIVE". What happens is , you basically brake down your mucles to the point they explode releasing mioglobin into your blood stream. Your kidneys can't filter it as it's as thick as oil and clogs the kidney causing what is term "dry drowning". Many victims of near drowning sometime die in their sleep if not treated properly. I was in bad shape when I got to the hospital and needed sodium bicarbonate fluids for 7 days non stop to clean my kidneys out. They let me out when my levels of creatien were back to normal.
