I had thought Escolar (Oil Fish) based on depth but what you have is more eel like. Then I thought Oar Fish but it's missing long dorsal and anal fins and barbels. Sorry I give up

Patagonian toothfish? I think they r usually in colder waters. Kind of looks like one. UGLY but cool catch
