I know it really looks like we are having the time of our lives everyday out there but looks can be deceiving. This job is an endless battery of grueling tasks which we as the crew are forced to withstand and complete with nary a please or a thank you. I long to hear that " Thank you Ben for slathering me with coconut oil" or " Hey, I really appreciate you helping me straighten my G string out " but no, we continue on thanklessly laboring for the sport we all love. Sure, we get to catch fish that others only dream of, and travel to exotic destinations with equally exotic women but besides that, the joys in our salty lives are sparse. Blowout parties, decadent meals, blasphemous concoctions of late nights, fast women and our old friend Bacardi Anejo, endless supplys of Pelagic Gear, Vip treatment at our local watering holes, crew trips with a few female witnesses. No, no, its really not the glamourous lifestyle that is portrayed in these recounts of our daily grind. If you dont believe me, just look at the beaten down, sullen look on my face as I am forced to pose yet once more with beautiful bikini clad women on either side(sisters no less) to chronicle our hard earned catch(I think that is a dorado). Man, the horrors I am forced to withstand on a daily basis so our fellow anglers can catch a glimpse of "paradise". Im so distraught I think Im going to march right up to JT and tell him " Are you f*&%ing kidding me? am I dreaming? thanks bro, I dont know where Id rather be!" When does Ujena start anyway?
