Epic Report Log from Panama

Thought I saw a Salty look-a-like on Hannibal Bank this last weekend but I guess you haven't made it to Panama yet.

This report should remind you to take a slow cruise north from the canal on your way to PV (If you ever make it out of Panama City!).

Oooooohhh man John i do miss Panama. We are shipping Salty with yachtpath all the way to manzanillo but if all goes well i will be back in Panama for 4 - 6 months in 2010. Keep yer fingers crossed!

John Delacruz at Panama Sportfishing Lodge asked my why I decided to come to Panama to fish. I told him that when the boys from PV like Juan Moll and Josh Temple were coming all the way down to fish it must be DAMN GOOD.

It was and is the most unspoiled place left north of the equator. Try to imagine its kinda like PV offshore...when there was not a single marina other than the various lodge boats and comparatively handfuls of Pangueros.
