Well kids, we're back. With 5 days of surfing, sun-burning, and tackle and boat prep behind us it's finally time to start the winter Mexico season off with a BANG and GO FISHING!
The Maximo is patiently pulling on her moorings, counting down the last few hours before we depart for a non-stop week of fishing. With warm, blue water and favorable currents out there, and an apparently massive body of tuna waiting, we are already jittery with anticipation. All of the rods are tuned up, hooks and leaders tied anew, lures and spreader bars sharpened up and honed, I dare say it's GO TIME - and believe you me when I tell you that I CAN HARDLY WAIT FOR THAT BELOVED SCREAM OF "HOOOOOOOOOOOK-UPPPP!!!! and the following ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...
It's been a fun summer and fall up north chasing silver, but goddamn it's big game show time amigos. Here we go again...
