you guys barely squeaked it out..AGAIN. You know for a team full of Canadas All Stars and most elite players you guys sure had a tough time putting US away and the Swiss...

And the US was the youngest team in the tourney...

We beat you in regulation by 2, you beat US (IN OT)
So we both Loss one time....


US won ALL games in reg...

Canada was pushed to the limits of OT on a few occasions

So in the END we had the MOST points in the Tourney... and were the TOP TEAM...


I think we need a GAME 3 to settle it!!!!!

I just wish more than anything it was not SID that scored the winning goal... That guy has had one hell of a lucky career..
Reached the 2 pinnacles of the sport already, and within 8 months of each other.. Scored the golden goal in OT..

I know Ovechkin was probably sick about it... And there is no doubt OV is a better player... Its just gonna be hard to argue that now with Sids hardware..

But so stoked it was one HELL of a game and I was AMPED watching it... Real good positive stuff for the NHL.. I was pretty pissed when they were showing freaking curling and figure skating over OLYMPIC F'N HOCKEY!!!!!????? glad they finally got their ish together.......

Lacrosse is Canada's actual National Sport!

Although they did combine the 2 a couple years ago and now count Hockey as their winter national sport and Lacrosse as their summer national sport

Good win by the Canucks but the US boys did some big time damage and showed some big stones for a bunch of unknowns with nobody giving them a chance to even make it into the medal round. Way to go USA!
