Does It Get Any Better Than This?!?!?!?!`

Family, fun, fish, and sun. And just about the greatest two weeks anyone could ever imagine.

We took off up the coast before my sis' wedding chasing a mysto south swell for three days. Well the swell never showed, but the fish sure did. Long sunny days of salmon and halibut fishing followed by even longer nights of wilderness living, campfire stories, and earnest drinking.

Then it was off to the lake with the family for a day "off", then straight to Victoria for my sister Lyndsay and new brother in law Don's wedding. That would take a book in itself to properly re-tell.

Fishing this past week with some friends and family from the wedding and PV, and then it was back to Victoria to pick up my daughter from horse camp.

I woke up laughing this morning, wondering if life could possibly get any better than this.

I hope all of you are enjoying your summers out there with friends and family, life is just too precious to miss!!!

Thanks guys! It's been an awesome summer so far for sure.

Lee that's my 10 yr old son Kalum working on his double haul. The young buck has certainly kindled his passion for fishing this year.
