    Charter Intel For Costa Rica/Panama...

    Guys we are heading to Costa Rica and Panama in early march and have the 68 Hatteras "Safari" booked for the fishing...anybody fish with these guys before? Looking for a little intel before the trip...

    Is this the Safari from Wrightsville Beach, NC? I know he has it in Costa Rica right now.

    If so I work for the guy who owns it. The captain is a great guy and knows his stuff. Don't know who is mating for them down there.

    Yep, same boat. Unless they have sold it recently---I think it was for sale at one time. SWEET ride and they will take care of you.

    The owner is a good friend of 2 of my regular fishing buddies. They led Big Rock last year for 4 1/2 days - then 3 bigger fish came in on Friday

    Pretty boat and the crew knows what they are doing.

    The owner also has/had the 77 Hatteras Enclosed Flybridge named Safari - Decided it was too hard to fish the enclosed bridge...

    Yes it is definately a sweet ride, fished the DU tournament on it this past year. I believe Kevin is the Captain in Costa Rica. He was the mate for the Big Rock and Captain for most the other tournaments, he's a cool guy.
