Cape Cod Topwater Bluefin Tuna Madness...

Just talked to Adrian (Age) on his way back from another epic bluefin trip to the Cape. Sounds like the fishing was insane for fish up to 300#'s on the top water poppers. Judging by the excitement in his voice we should be seeing a stellar report in the very near future...

The Cape, Bermuda, Madeira, Panama, BC - it sure looks like this is a season to remember wherever you are!!!!

Stoked for you Age...can't wait for the pics!

Josh, I finally Broke the ice on the 2009 tuna season and I owe it all to Capt. Dom. Thank you Dom. Not sure what you drink but I owe you a case. Anyhow we went 1-4 on the spinning gear. Landed a nice fat 63" fish on a RON-Z and pulled the hook on 3 more after. Got it all on video from the strike to the poon shot and I'll post it if I can ever figure it out.

Josh .. the bluefins are calling you

Adrian (Age) was trying to keep me up last night on my trek back from Cape Cod to New Jersey after I slept 3 hours since Friday night. One of many topics we discussed was hijacking you for a Cape Cod Bluefin Casting Trip. C'mon Josh ....

someone tell me what the cut in the tail is all about, there is no blood line there to bleed it out, nothing but sinew. But it's not the first time I've seen it either.

Glenn i have tried to lure JT to the East side...i think if you find a 60ft yach, put some swimsuit models on it, and some good anejo, he might be enticed .. hahaha..

    Nice work Adrian..and Glenn...and TunaMeltdown

I am off to the cape next week for a couple of days and hopefully my first shot at one...cant wait...

Dan congrats on an epic day amigo! Glenn i agree with you and Age and Gmoney, i'm going to book some time off in the calendar for the bite next year and get my arse out there.

The problem is my goddamn schedule just keeps getting tighter and tighter and tighter lately. BUT that's nothing to complain about i know...god i wish i could be there right now!!!
