It's a Buddy Davis 45', from back before EHY bought the company from Buddy. I believe this picture was included in the PMY review of the boat circa 2000.

I believe that is a 45 davis. That boat was the "sanderling" and kept at pirates cove. The people who own the sanderling resort used it as a charter for the resort guest.
