Quite the experience. At least you guys had an "old town" canoe. It is the only we choose to go over several feet of beaver dams here in the winter while duckin.
I am sure mexico time and the spanish dialect cannot be in your head and ears soon enough!
Awesome stories....you know you've had a special day when dog puke helps keep you warm...I think he was just trying to blow chunks on that little man on your shoulder. Thanks alkways for the recount.
Adios,
Anthony
JT,
from the sounds of your last couple adventures you need to smack the chit out of the little man on your shoulder, but then again we wouldnt hear of these unforgettable excursions. Good luck down south.

Their was a creek that dumped into the reservoir for the city of Anchorage that I floated up in Alaska called Coal creek, On the flight up I asked the pilot to cruise up the creek so I could see what I was getting myself into, to say the least at the end of the 1st day on a 5 day float every piece of skin on my hands was blistered and not a dry piece of anything in the raft including the dry bags, but the fishing was to die for,JT you live the good life!!!PEACE
