Just saw a pic of a 1200lb midget. Josh has the pic and will post it up. Fish is still warm from the pictures. Holy hell.

Subject: 1245# blue marlin fish of my lifetime still freaking out...
*Crazy full on fish, we kept her close on all the jumps taking the *
risks of slack line or running her over just to stay close and put a *
hurt on her. *After 3 rounds of jumps we had leader 5 times until *
Nate was able to take wraps and pull tell his back and arms were *
exploding. *The 700# Jinkai leader was stretching but held long *
enough for my to put the flier in and it was over in 35-40 minutes *
mix watch revues from all involved but who cares its been my dream to *
break the grander mark, but 1245!!!!! Thats nuts, I was thankful to *
be a part of that team and for that fish to give it up for us. **
Pretty cool seeing a fish that big jumping 6ft vertical and 30ft *
across the ocean with huge depth charge explosions all around the *
boat. *One of the charter guys was video taping so we are praying he *
wasnt sleeping on the job.#%#@&
Mike sent me this yesterday....jizzed in my pants!

Grander caught out of Kewalo basin???
I was two margaritas and four oysters into dinner when that beast was beamed into my blackberry all the way from the Islands. I couldn't help but yelling "HOOOOOOOOOOOLLEEEEEYYYY CHIIIIIIIT!!!!" at the top of my lungs - an outburst which brought most of our area of Prime12 Steakhouse to a screeching halt.
I was going to behave myself last night, but after seeing that fish we decided to sack those plans in a hurry and sharpen up the horns.
So the point of this story is that i'm blaming this grander for my hangover. The weary Cuban ass that also left my stateroom this morning probably is too.![]()
