Godspeed in your recovery Tred! I know you're reading this and let these posts provide inspiration and strength during these tough times. The road to recovery is a long road and we all, near and far, are thinking of you and will be here for you. Best of luck and continue to do it the hard way; THE BARTA WAY.

As a fan and a sponsor of the Tred Barta Billfish Tournament, I have seen the great work that this fine man has done for the Boy's and Girl's Club of Eastern NC. Our prayers are with you Tred. Hope you are well enough to be with us in July. God Bless you.
Our prayers are with you. I watch your program often. Your balls to the wall attitude reflects in that we only have one life, one chance, to live it to the fullist, to do it right, even with mistakes. To truly know that there is a God just by looking at his wonders in Nature. Get well soon Capt Bruce Grossheim, Wild Thing Sport Fishing, Two Rivers Wis.
