Tred,
I have sent prayers for your full recovery and I will keep you more present in my thoughts than you normally are.
There is something in me that I just knew you had the first time I read one of your articles. It is the strange hearing defect that lets us listen to the siren song of the sea. May you feel her waters slipping quickly beneath your feet on the way to the edge very soon my friend.
Tight lines,
John Chase
Our prayers are for you to recover with God looking over you.
Your wonderful personality is a asset to the sportfishing

Your words "don't take a second of life for granted" ring so true. I don't, and I hope your words reach us all. Our families prayers are with you. A good friend had the same thing happen about 8 years ago, out of the blue with a minor surgery. His recovery is still tough, to this day he still does not have it all back, but he now can do an Iron man, and is in better shape than he ever had been. He does some things he could not do before. He used his bad luck as a rock to then reach higher than he could before. I pray that you can take this and reach higher and teach others to carpe diem.
Sincerely,
Brian Maguire www.Ifish.net
