Coast Guard: Platform explodes in Gulf; 13 workers rescued

As far as I understand, it was not an actively drilling rig, just a platform. Some barrels on the platform caught fire, nothing "blew up" like the Deepwater Horizon did. As for the oil slick on the surface, it was first reported as a sheen of oil, now the coast guard is saying there is nothing.... This one just looks like an accident, everybody seems to be ok so I dont think its gonna make a big mess... Just the media "blowing it up" for a story.

Exactly, now I am sure most of the media will lump this into the same category as the oil leak, which it is not.
