How far north can I stay without winterization? Morehead? Wrightsville? Myrtle???

Anyone know of good (cheap & secure) dockage in this area?

I would think ANY of the locations you named would be OK. A lot depneds on what type of boat, water systems, etc...

FYI....I live in Connecticut and keep my boat in the water all winter. I only winterize my raw water/fresh water washdown and the bait prep sink. I keep my engine heaters on all winter plus keep an oil-filled space heater in the engine room and in the companionway in the living quarters. My boat is a 1989 44 Ocean with 671's. Have never had any issues.
