Carlton did ours as well. They did a real nice job. I am not sure what year your express is but if it has the saddle fuel tanks replace them now before you put the motors in. I also increased my performance with new wheels from ACME call Bill Weeks and he can dial you in. Let me know if you have any questions on the repower.

Guys, do ur homework
Hotrod, before u pull the trigger, find the recent thread here (not sure which forum) regarding the class action lawsuits against Yanmar and match up the model numbers of the engines u want with those involved in the lawsuit. u still might buy them but at least having the info will help to see what the issues were and u can ask the reps for more info too and be knowledgable.
also, regarding the CATS, there is also a recent thread on them too, i think the 3196 and similar including the C-12 new models, they got bad aftercoolers and there is massive class action lawsuit in michigan against them. so be forewarned! good luck. |

What type of performance are you getting with the yanmars? I've got a 95 express with 2000 hours. Just kinda thinking ahead.
