    Yamaha Throttle Sync????

twin 200hp Yamaha 1993. The motors run great, but the starboard throttle has to be pushed at least 1-1 1/2 inches farther than the port to keep the rpms at an equal level. If pushed together the starboard engine is behind by almost900 RPMs any ideas??? tHANKS

The throttle cable is probably getting ready to break. Back by the motors where it gets tilted up it probably gets pinched and over time it will eventually fail. You need to replace the throttle cable. To minimize this from re occuring you need to turn the wheel all the way over so the cables don't get bent when you have the motors up at the dock.
