    Yamaha controls ?

Hello all, I have a 2009 maycraft PH it is powered by a yammie 250 single. I have a second station in the pit. I am putting a crows nest on top and want to be able to put the second station up there for a few months out of the year. Mounting the station is not an issue. The steering is hydro. so that is easy, just tee in. The control is my problem. There is a "fly by wire" ?? box mounted inside the second station that is connected to another box at the transom. I have taken the box apart when we first got the boat because of a wire that had not been connected. So, question, do I have to leave that box in the pit under the gunnel somewhere and buy another box for the station or leave the box down and mounted under the gunnel and run cable and wire extensions ?? that is where I get lost. Is there a kit or something to accomplish this?? Any help would ben appreciated? Thanks

Yes, I believe you have to get the same set up for the upper station that you have in the pit. It may require another port terminal (may be the wrong term) so you have enough connection ports available. Or it may require "Y" pigtails. There is a kit but I do not have the kit part # at home.
