who wants to learn and help build a custom carolina center console???
Guys,
I Live in north jersey and am in the process of building a 20 ft custom center console, carolina design and is cold molded. This is not a KIT.. The bottom surface, tumlehome and sheer are true carolina. The same numbers he uses on his bottom are on this one, just at a diffrent scale. It was designed by a very good friend of mine, that builds these for a living in wanchese, NC. If you know some big time builders down there, you will know him. At this time the jig is standing up, Stringers are laminated, transom is plywood covered as is the bottom, sheer is compleated and sides ready to cover also. What I am looking for is some man power to help finish the project. Its just to much for one man to compleate by himself in a lifetime( only kidding ). Please get in touch with me if intrested and we can talk about the benifits. if anybody has ever thought about building them selves a boat. We can help each other achevive that goal. thanks |

Building boats is fun! I worked in the line at Viking and it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had.
When thier very 1st 72 hit the magazines and I seen my work in the pages of every magazine, it was a great sense of accomplishment! |
