Bubby can you build you a cold molded or glass. His 40 glass boat comes in dayboat, full bridge, or express. You owe it to yourself to make the call.

You are quick Fritzoid! Here is a Guy ready to build to Your spec's. He is close to You and as Fritz has said...He is good. I had a chance to speak with Bubby about this boat and with a pair of 540Hp. Cummins this boat will be the right stuff. It has a deeper V in the stern than a Carolina design and is solid glass. Call Him!
that drawing doesn't do the prints & boat justice. I have seen the package and it is an awesome package for this size & class.
One more look.

This is the boat right here, the Judge 42' Sportfish XC . http://www.judgeyachts.com/42chesape...lisphotos.html
and He thinks He will see a 38kt. top end and a comfortable 32-34kt. cruise. Probably see better #'s with an express though. He claims He can use the new 600hp. "Q's" also. He is a very cool and extremely knowledgeable Guy. I would love the opportunity to work with Bubby on a custom build.

Certainly a lot of good builders out there and the debate still goes on about hull styles. Everyone definitely wants to get the most for their dollar. If I were you I would make some sea trials on a few different style rigs to make sure your going to be happy with your end choice. That being said make sure you check out the 40ft. Ritchie Howell Express on Yachtworld. I think this rig would make someone an exceptional ride. You can ask Capt. Mark about the new Canyon Runner and Ritchie's expertise in building an excellent boat with a great ride!
Good Luck.
Who is Bubby Crown? Is that Buddy Canady? If not has Bubby a web site?I would like to look at those hulls.
The strike 37 is a nice boat ticks all the boxes, would love to crawl all over the 44 or the 50, I would only like to enclose the the aft so I could lock it up and go home.
Bubby Crown owns and operates Crown Marine in Deltaville Va. The website is www.crownmarine.com Crown Marine built the New Hooked Up II. He will stretch Your $ to give You the exact boat You want. I have no interest here however, after talking to Him on the phone several times I could tell, He is an honest, fair, and smart boat builder.
