Here's a fitting from Birdsall marine that holds a turnbuckle to a deck.

If it is not threaded on the underside, I would guess a flanged stainsteel machine threaded drop in anchor.

Ok Ok so I ordered two from Birdsall. It's like a drop in anchor but it's threaded and a nut and washer goes on the back and holds it to the deck. It doesn't spread out and grab the sides of the hole in the deck like a typical drop in.
$20 a pop. -D |
