here's a hypathetical scenerio for you guys...

if someone makes an agreement with someone,and that person renigs on the agreement,would that be bad ???

would that show exactly what that person is made of ???

what if that same person,the one who renigged on the agreement,beat up on someone really bad,and didn't tell the truth ??? would that continue to show what this person is made of ??? would you want to hang out with this person ??? could this person defend what has been done ??? would you believe this person ???

when you are a little kid and your hopes and dreams revolve around fishing hunting and playing football. You eat sleep and dream about this every waking hour.. then you sit down at the workbench or the helm with your grandfather / father or a friend you learn about what a safety is and how to load a gun to 'how' a rudder 'feels' like .. then before you know it your steering or hitting your mark because someone showed you what it was all about. I also know from expierence that a handshke and a mans word means a bunch also! Too many times we go through life listening to what someone says they will do and get pissed because in reality watching what people do ends up being the complete oposite of what they tell you then you can see a inch thick of attny's in the yellow pages.. if a kid sees mom get bullied yelled at by dad ..then he thinks thats the way to do it... . If someone sees a man beat up a guy on a price and win ... well the kid learns the same damn thing. seems in 2009 we can't just grab someone and rattle thier cage anymore ... no more poppin' some as$ wipe in the nose anymore just 'craziness' is all I can account for with some people. a mans word means a bunch to me and so does communication so somewhere between all this is some answer.. just keep it real and deal with the good people let the others fall where they want. my only prayer and wish I have for myself is to be a good man and I think the rest falls in line somewhere behind that.

here it is...

a while ago,approx june early july,i was working on a 246 shamrock boat,the boat sufferd serious construction problems.in plain words,the boat was built like crap-check this thread...

shamrock hull problem...real bad !!


i brought this public to show how a manfacture treats it's customers-not for my personal gain.quite a few of you guys beat up on me,"galazio",you called me bush-league,you also said palmer-"how you handle adverse situations speaks volumes about who you are"...
"monstanoreasta",he pretty much tore me apart,let me quote him too..."bo has had a long and proven reputation for stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing"...
"jay davis",he contacted me privatley,concerning his boat,i had a few other members contact me concerning their shamrocks as well,one owns a tackle shop in north carolina,his rig was back tot he factory a few times,for the same problem...

now,let's get to the rest of the story...

palmer,he "pm'd" me,telling me to have the owner of this boat call him at the factory,palmer seemed to ahve forgotten the owner called him a few times concerning the boat and it's problems,but,oh well right ???
the owner contacted palmer,palmer agreed to contribute something towards the repairs required on the boat.palmer wanted to have pictures of the repairs and a copy of the invoice.after i finished the job,i dropped it off,and i also dropped off a copy of the invoice and pictures of the repairs.all of which were sent to palmer.palmer recieved these things in september,late august,last time i checked it's march...the owner of that boat has called the factory numerous times and he recieved the same run around i got the first time i called,this has been on going.the factory never returns a call,he finally spoke to "rose",she assured him a check was "on the way",that was january...
now,it's common knowledge,the factory,"bladen composites" in north carolina,owned by palmer,is shut down,bankrupt..palmer owes bladen county a fortune,he has turned everything over...and for the record,palmer never purchased albin boats,it never went through...
this is how this guy operates...i'm not kicking anyone while they're down,but,palmer is certainly not a man of his word,nor was he ever...i feel bad for the owner of this boat,and i feel bad for the workers in bladen composites....i wanted everyone to know this,especially,the guys who defended palmer and beat up on me...

this is bladen county north carolina economic development.they're selling everything from the factory,to try and recoup what palmer owes them-in excess of $1,000,000
again,i feel bad for the people of bladen county and the owner of the boat...
