Seacraft?
You win all my useless knowledge that I have accumulated over the years and do not know how to market$
I will post a side picture and pictures to give a little more perspective on my project boat that took all my spare time between the real paying jobs for other people.
This is my best helper on the boat. Dont complain much and works for cookies. She is getting up there in the years. 16 year old lab on steeroids. For real on the steeroids. Amazing stuff. She was going down hill fast and came back strong.
nice jay - real nice !
that bracket - looks familiar ?
really like the way you formed it into a euro transom style - pretty trick rig
nice to see a true craftsman at work
love the hawk in her bow!,, Jay is that your mfg. fiberglass brackett? dang she looks smart in that set up nice work !,, any power yet!,, hope it is't too cold to run her,,, keep the pictures coming!
Yes the bracket size actually fits a 23 sea craft better also? but looks pretty good on the old formula hull. Bo the pictures show a pair of 250 HP OXs hanging off the bracket. I expect an easy 60 MPH+ speed. If you look on top of the T top in the pictures you will see something else that I believe has never been done. it is a telescopic _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ coming through one of the T carbon fiber T top supports. that is 8 foot long total going down into the CC floor area. If it works and the fiberglass tubes in there do not explode under flexing pressure it will revolutionize tuna fishing on small boats. All T top frames are carbon because it does not flex and is very light. The T top also has some very light and stiff material that I do not know if anyone ever tried? It weighed less then 50lbs with the radar box and finished edges. along with fairing all the top side deck areas including the large above deck insulated coffin {w 8 built in rod rocket launchers and LED lighting in each tube} and the even larger fish box in the floor in front of the coffin. I am also installing today the swing out angle adjustable carbon fiber out rigger holders. My first also. I have never seen anyone else build these from anything but heavy corroding aluminum. I will post a picture of one sitting in the hole where the experimental c_o _l _o _r? _ _ _ _ _ _ ?> will go through the T top. the riggers are now going through the T top 5 inches farther towards the rail of the top.
Yes I am real happy with the looks of the prow and the rest of the boat in general. I had my 2 sons helping keep me straight then. I think when I get done with the 11 rod holders mounted around the back of the leaning post but below the height of the T top it will complete and make the non curving carbon tubes look better. I can build my own curving or sweeping support tubes but not on the first one.
