WEAVER BOATWORKS
Here is a compilation of Weaver Boatworks. This is a slide show format. I down loaded the pics a few days ago and caught myself making screen savers with them. Beautiful lines, and finishing throughout the interiors. I know some like the wet look finishes on their wood. Me, I luv the satins throughout the interiors. There is a slide in here displaying such. Let's move along before I think screen savers again.
Audio tracks added. Enjoy..... roll it Mister Weaver..... |

Another sweet ride, I would definitely put Weaver up there with Bayliss and Spencer.

I surveyed a 59 Weaver at the beginning of summer, and to put it bluntly, it was truly a pleasure to do my job that day.
The things that that shop is doing are phenomenal, one of the finer custom sportfish boats I have had the pleasure of crawling through.

You were late for work ...but since it is the first official day.....
be on time tomorrow franky The finishes alone has enough beauty and grace to carry the whole sled. I have not been up close and personal with a Weaver. The craftsmen creating the rounded recessed seats and rounded walls and other areas are to be commended. The pictures are stunning. A walk through would be a perfect day trip to the west side of the bay.

Phenomenal boat.
Here's a question: Of the top of the line Carolina custom builders (Spencer, Bayliss) and Florida custom builders (Garlington, Rybovich, Merritt, Whiticar), other than the flair, would you guys say there is a difference in overall quality? I've always admired Florida boats for their stunning attention to detail and quality, but I'm guessing the Carolina builders are no spring chickens. Again, other than the flair, what would you guys is the biggest difference between the two regions?

luis - Weaver is located in Tracey's Landing, MD.
Flat - I had the pleasure of riding along with the girls in the Poor Girls this year on the Cyntinory. I think it is a 64 Weaver. Unbelievable boat!!!! NASTY day out of the NE blowin hard. That boat ran like a dream. The interior is beautiful. Really was one of my favorite rides of all. Had nothin to do with the boatful of women for a day ![]() |

Wow-the Weaver is my favorite of the recent vids you've posted Flatbottom. I'd love to see one of those beauties up close-dont think there are too many of them up in the New England neck of the woods. The casework in the Weaver looks stunning-finishes look spectacular.
Amazing how many wealthy people are out there to support a market of so many different high quality custom shops. Thanks for the vids. |
