once again i have posted without thinking.
a rule pump would be good for a bilge.
for the wash down i would check out jabsco or flojet.

    Rule General Purpose Pump-

I put one in my seacraft 8 years ago the thing runs like a champ. It is the only washdown/livewell pump I will ever use again. I have had problems with pretty much every other pump out there. The rule pump has a 100% heavy plastic housing, no rust etc. I have found that the jabsco's have metal housings that tend to rust and break down. The pump a ton of water as well. We all use Rule as our bilge pumps you can expect the same quality in their General Purpose pumps

Get a cheap pump like a shurflo blaster that cuts off at pressure. Most small outboards have the worst environment for equipment lifespan. When the pump goes it is a cheap replace. The rule pump has low pressure and runs constantly until you turn it off, although they are good pumps if thats what you want.

I found the pressure to be fine used a Y splitter one hose to the livewell and one hose for the wash down on my 23 CC. I have the pump mounted under the deck about 1 foot above the bilge, constantly gets wet, no corrosion and has run like a champ for 8+ years.
