vinyl?

The vinyl on my leaning post has become worn looking and feels sticky. It is exposed to the elements 10 months of the year. I really don't like the sticky. Anybody have suggestions, paint it? vinyl cleaner/restorer? Thanks!

Bleeche White. White wall tire cleaner... works wonders. Get at auto parts place.

I'll second the Westley's bleach white. If that doesn't work just have the vinyl replaced.
