What a compliment!

I will add that it is simply amazing to Me that after a relativley short time in the larger convertible market, Jersey Cape is being compared to Viking I would take a JC over the Vike all day long as it is apparent They are building a very high quality boat and maintaining the small builder "family" support. I have fished and ridden both the 44 Cavileer and the 48 Cav. They are now JC's and from what I have seen, They are improved and the finish is second to none. You will not be dissapointed with a "Cape".

You should check out yamaha or someone like that."
I hope his mouth is the same size or larger than his foot, 'cause he sure stuck in it there with this comment.

Personally, I equate Viking with luxury and Jersey Cape with hardcore fishing. If I ever were to be in a position to own either, it would be a JC.

We'll have a 2008 48 Viking at the Atlantic City show in a couple of weeks. Stop by and ask for me. Be happy to take you through the boat in detail to show you a few of the details that separate Viking from much of the competition. Not sure if the 48 JC will be there, but if so a great chance to look at both "side by side".

Thanks for the offer, but I live in Miami, FL. The 48' JC will be there, and for sure there will be a couple 48' Vikings. I will look at both boats through a microscope. I will take many pictures, give pros and cons, and give my unbiased report.

This post has been deleted by Capt John Eppehimer and this is the reason for doing so.

For those of you that have read the post made by this username I would like to take one second and point something out.

I really do not like to delete comments on this site and I try to understand what is going on before acting.

For those of you that know the user name Olivia Grace you may understand a little more about the comment that was made. Olivia Grace felt the need to slam Jersey Cape with this post. Fact is though for some reason he felt that he needed to hide behind a fake nickname to take a huge shot at Jersey Cape.

Olivia Grace or Bally Hoo whoever you are I have deleted this for the fact of you not having the balls to say this under your own personal name.

Seems like people are great keyboard warriors when they feel no one knows its them saying it. You choose to hide your name for a reason and thats ashame.

I have been very patient with your shit over the years and hope you find piece one day man. I hope your new boat is the bomb and you get many great days on the water with it. But sadly I have choosen to ban you and your fake nick name as trashing a mans buisness while hiding behind a screen is sad.

So take care of yourself.

That was a great example of the correct way to do things. I applaud you and your team for staying on top of your business and taking the time to explain why you did what you did.

Boat: anything that flaots
Home Port: OCMD
Best Catch: Fishing all together
Occupation: Mate/student i think
Walk down a dock in either OCMD, NC, Fl, and New Jersey and you will see more Vikings then Jersey Capes. I know I am a little bit bais cuase I work on a Viking but come on. If you call Viking up with a problem they will send you somebody or the part to fix it. I was on the new viking 60 at the Annapolis boat show and, that thing is just sick. I hope I get the chance to work on a boat like that. I know vikings are a Little wet but I'snt fishing an aquatic sport I mean WTF arn't the mate's supposed to havesomething todo when you get back to the docks, other then pic up girls on the back of a Viking
