Venture Marine Closed??

Does anyone know about the status of Venture Marine?

Apparently some people say that they heard from a "Reliable source" that the business had closed its doors. Some people say that they had just closed for christmas.. I have also read that people had seen the gates closed. As well as people calling them up several times and leaving messages without any response.

I cant find too much on the internet about it.

Hmmm not sure at all wonder if they were in attendance in Miami Boat show??

I have not heard or read anything on Venture Marine I have a call out to a prostaffer for them I think it could be possible. Not sure if Venture was in attendance at Miami they have been VERY quiet which normally means one thing ... temp closed maybe??? They are are pretty well off company finacial wise so its probably temporary

They are in the process of moving their plant operations

I looked all over the internet and found that they had completed their corporate report for the year. I found something saying that the company was dissolved and something else that is was not. It seems that Venture has 3 different companies they run under, and all say something different. None of the Venture sites are working either.

Boy it would be a shame to see these guys go. The boats are extremely well built and beautifully designed. I hope 'it ain't so...'
