Twin Yamaha F250 Alarms

Can't get the engine alarms to shut off! have investigated water in fuel and changed primary fuel filters; also removed and replaced secondary fuel filters. An addition to the alarms there is no readout on the digital tachometers. The engines run fine just don't understand the alarms.

unplug the wires to the bottom of the engines fuel filters. They have been a problem for some time. no water in fuel just faulty alarm.

I have searched for the wires on the engine fuel filters but there are none attached to the filters on my boat. The filters do not have wire ports either. Am I looking in the right place? I checkes the spin-off filters on the front of the motors.
