Here are some pics form an ebay listing for a 24' Seabird Fiberglass Boat Hull 1973

I'd say your hull is a Seabird!

I found it on the Norfolk Craig's List. I thought the owner listed it as a sunbird, but aparently not from Capt D's post. Guess I mis read. Thanks for the input.

Byrd,

It looks like by the searches I did you should be able to find out a lot about the boats! They even have an owners forum, just google the boat! Its better than the sunbird boat that was a not so mass produced production boat that apparently not many people have. I have trouble finding anything on this boat. Good luck with it and let us know how it goes!

Thnaks Finsese. Time I got, Money I don't have so much. I figure IF I get the hull it will be at least a year before it's ready to fish.

I got it all in my head, but sometimes I have a problem going from the head to the hands.

I'll just have to see. A buddy of mine told he saw a 1990 25' Privateer with a 200 Evinrude on a bracket for sort of cheap. It might be easier to get something that I can fish now. Of course that would take a lot of fun away.

hey Byrd- check this ride out- down to 12,500 and looks to be a really nice ride with no where near the work needed for the other boat?

Dang Miles that is a pretty boat. Got me thinking again. Ya'll probably smell the smoke and hear the metal twisting.

Hi Byrd,
I'm the owner of the white Seabird that Finesse posted a pic of above. If you do jump into that red project boat, you won't be disappointed by the ride once she is done. I've always been and still am a SeaCraft fanatic like Finesse and Miles Offshore (hi guys! ), but after I bought the Seabird 3 years ago, the ride impressed me as much as the SC.

Good luck.

Scott
