I typically find it in grocery stores. It is not a brand name, just a version of ammonia. Be sure not to mix with bleach, fumes from combination are not healthy.
Can You just use plain ammonia?? Is it the same . We have looked in all our stores here .
Thants it. Plain old WHITE ammonia - don't get the stuff with the yelow color and pine smell.
Thank You.
"Sudsy Ammonia" IS a trade name owned by Parsons Ammonia Company....see link for court case...

If you google the name "Parsons Sudsy Ammonia", there are many places you can buy it....
However you can make your own "sudsy" ammonia by using the following instructions...it's a LOT cheaper...
Ingredients
* 1/2 c Ammonia
* 1 Gallon Water
* 1 tablespoon Dishwashing Liquid
Instructions
In a gallon container, put in the ammonia. Add 1 tblspn dishwashing liquid and mix.
I use Parson's ammonia. It comes in sudsy and plain, but both work the same. Any food store will have it. Add soap if you want suds. Works very well. It is the only teak care product I use on a deck. Dilute with water 1/2 qt to about 2 gal water.
The previous contributor is absolutely right, NEVER mix ammonia and bleach. The fumes can be lethal or irreversibly damage your lungs.
I thank everyone for the reply. That helps
