Stabil stains

Spilled some Stabil on the non-skid and it left a nasty yellow stain that I can not get to budge. Anyone have this happen and have any success getting it off?

Is it white or off white fiberglass?

Usually with tough stains we'll soak a rag in some bleach and lay it on the stain for a little. If its in the sun, put something WELL over the rag or it will bleach out the glass.

If it's off white glass try "Goof Off". Bleach may be too much

Someone told me today that gasoline will get rid of the stains. Havent tried it yet but will update the post when I do for future reference.

Have you tried FSR?? That stuff usually takes everything off. It comes in a small tub and is a blue gel. Most boating stores have it.

Thanks Lee. Rust Remover was my next on my list after trying gasoline. I read the gasoline works like a charm but I have yet to try it.

By the way ... might be moving to your neck of the woods.
