Which speakers?

My new truck came with sirius so I figured it's now time to finally get satellite radio for my boat. I'm planning on getting one of the Fusion stereos from the store on the site here and I need two speakers to team it up with.

It's a 21' "skiff" of sorts, and I plan on using two speakers.

Thoughts?

Since you're only going with 2 speakers you should look to get the best.

I just purchased JL Audio speakers for my boat. They are a little pricier than most but you get what you pay for.

I was going to go with Fusion's stereo because I like the Ipod dock behind the radio face.

I decided to get an Alpine unit that has a plug for the Ipod. Eventhough this Alpine is water resistant, If I were to go with an exposed unit on a skiff, I wouldn’t hesitate to go with the Fusion unit. I like the way they dock their Ipod. Load up an Ipod and you won't need a satelite radio if it's music you're looking for.

Check out Amazon for the equipment. I had a great experience with my purchase. I saved a boat load of money compared to a brick and mortar store.

i just put the Fusion ipod stereo that allows the ipod to be stored inside the stereo on my 36 contender it is sweet.

THe best speakers on the market are JL and the rock. They are expensive but man they blow everything else away. Just depends on ho wmuch you wanna pay and how much you wanna jam!!!!!
