The guard rails are on, the deck in the cockpit is reinforced, frames below the cockpit have been epoxied, and the side windows are being delivered this week. Could painting be far behind?
Joe, we really don't think spray rails are needed with the amount of flare and reverse chine, and now that the wedge has been removed. We shall see.

Man thats a beautiful boat, and lots of good info to go along with the pictures. Hopefully someday I wana refit an older carolina boat and I love reading stuff like this, gets the imagination goin.
Good luck with the rest of the work,
Will
The last of the hull work, minus final coats of primer and paint, was completed as of August 30 when the pics below were taken. The rest of the stuff is starting to move along fast and much has been completed. The color of the hull is just tinting in the primer and no way reflects the final color, but boy is she fair now. We did dry fit the motors that day to get a final fit for building up the stringers.
I have been looking for more photos but, I'm sure you will share them when you want.
Got more pics?
She's looking fine.

Great job! What kind of lumber is used to reinforce the deck in the cockpit?
