well heck! sounds like the aqua mist is a winner, on my last hull the outside was seafoam and the interior 23' cc boat I sprayed aquamist It was very sharpe looking and easy on the eyes in bright sunlight. The current boat I have under construction is going to be bright white! Oouch!

Nows a could time to consider putting sprayrails on it. With the experience of running that boat I think you need them. Maybe not full lenght but 3/4. Snotty days, lots of spray on the bridge.

    Don:

You probably don't realize there were wedges fastened to the bottom at the transom. The wedges were a precursor to trim tabs. That is why the boat ran bow down and why you experienced the spray. The wedges have been cut off and trim tabs will be installed. Spray rails won't be needed.

Fritz, I owend and ran the boat for 15 years, You dont think I knew that there were wedges on it. Also the boat did not run bow down. Even with the gas power and not loaded up it had a little squat. I can see removing the wedges, and putting trim tabs on it. Thats not gonna control the spray on that boat. Thats what sprayrails are for. I guess you wont find out until she hits the water get your waterline and see how everything balances out.

    A couple of pics

Went down to VA Saturday. The workmanship is outstanding. I was offered an 8 lb. sledge by Bubby to test the strength of the hull now that the glassing is complete. For just a moment I thought about it. LOL. Anyway, I have been assured that she will be dry and fast & I take Bubby at his word. Here area couple of pics.
