'73 Pearson Bonito 26' - a little different...not a downeast hull, but built in RI with a nice Carolina flare.

Nice Bonito!! The only other one I saw was a center console, like the hardtop.

Hey beached,
Im docked right across from you at montauk marine basin, behind tuna tangler-small world. I remember seeing only 2 of your boats before, as a kid in montauk. 1 was a white center console, the other red-had big old trs mercruiser i/os for power. is yours by chance one of these ,nicely customized? |

Bobfish,
I've seen your boat in the slip... she's a real beauty and we've admired it. My Bonito was originally from Mass Cape waters... she was redesigned by a NE craftsman who loved downeasters and cruising those waters. This was my 1st season with her and am rigging her up for our Montauk fishing. See you on the water. |
