Show me the missing piece in my camera project

Hey I am trying to rig up something funky, and need a few brains smarter than my own. I have an underwater camera just sitting around collecting dust, and would like to put it next to my underwater dock light so I can watch the fish. Here is the fun part. I want to do it wireless and be able to access it from a web browser. I have found a way to do some of it, but am stuck. Any brainstormed ideas will help. TIA
