The name that came to me was "Boomerang"....just like the weapon, you sent it on its way a while back but it came right back to you

Nice story Jay. I hope you have good luck with her. If I were to name her I would stick with something along the lines of your company color, your wife being mad at you and the Bite Me company line. So I would go with something like Bite'n Lady.

Well, Reality has set in.

After we sold this boat, she was run in Hatteras for three years by a cast of characters that really did not care for her, the way she needed to be cared for.

I Love this boat, and it broke my heart to see her the way she had become.

I had just enough money to get her home and get a shelter around her, getting ready to order my Big Top today.

I have got a little left over to get a load of Juniper here and drying for the re-do.

After sharpening my pencil over and over, I don't know how I am gonna be able to bring her back to life as quickly as I want to.

I simply lack the cash flow.

So I guess she is for sale.

What I would prefer to do is to refit her for some one who feels the way I do about this rig. As I said before, I know how well this boat fishes, rides and how economical she is to run. And yes she has the hum.

Right now she is a blank canvas, she could be a Big Center Console, conventional express, Walk around express, with a single engine or twins.

I actually have been approached by a couple people as soon as I bought her and am talking to them about the process.

I know the boat market sucks right now, so if necessary I will keep her warm and dry in my yard in her new white tent for as long as necessary and work on her a little at a time as I can afford to.

Looking for someone who has the vision.
