That is one of the coolest things I've heard in awhile. I'm sure you will get her back to her original beauty. Great looking boat, you're lucky to have found it, again.
Buddy you were not meant to sell her, those lines!!!!
Naked she is stunning put some clothes on that honey, and make her a temptress again.
And do it slow so we can all watch![]()
Yes, it feels good to have her out there sitting in the driveway.
Tommorow, Bryan is comming over with the John Deere and we are gonna get her in the yard were she is gonna live for a while, while she is redone, and get her off the trailer so we can roll her over and finish the reglassing on the hull.
She used to have a TAMD 73P volvo in her 370 horse 1.5 : 1gear. That used to shove her an honest 22 knot cruise about 27 knots WOT.
I am thinking she needs a 450 C series cummins 1.5:1 Gear, I always wanted to go a little faster, and the C series cummins is only 200 pounds heavier than the volvo.
Right now we are trying to name her.
Possibilities include "Retriever", "Knibble", "Abundance", "Miss Nat"
She will either be Carolina Blue with a Black Bottom or company colors (Fightin lady yellow with a green bottom)
Right now I need a Big Top tent or simmilar, anyone know where a used on is?

Wow
She is a pretty little thing !!! Cant wait to see her come into her own once again.
When I saw the first few pics I thought ... a diamond in the rough .... then I saw the original pics, shes already a Gem !!
Please keep us updated on her progress
Best of luck with her, once again, Capt Jay!
Jay I'd like to suggest "Baby Bite" for the name of it.
Capt. Jay, a 450 C will sure enough set her on fire! She would probably make pretty good time without having to cramp her at all. Fuel usage should be very good, aswell. Give me a shout. Frank,SeaPower
Name the boat after your wife. I did it on the last "big" boat I bought. It didn't make it "all better", but it sure did help. Frank
Mmmmmmmmmmm first name that jumped into my head for her was "Old Tart"
