Selling a boat for parts??

The mechanic has pronounced the 5.7l merccrusiser in my buddies 23' maxxum dead from water ingestion in three cylinders. He has had enough and wants to sell the boat and trailer as a package to anyone who is interested.

Anyone know any marine salvors on the Eastern Shore of Maryland who may be interested?
American Outboard in Cordova is full and not taking anymore boats

New carb, starter and alternator on the motor (motor is locked)
The outdrive is in good shape
Hull is an oxidized red color (color will come back with some elbow grease)
new canvas bimini and cockpit cover
all upholstery is in good shape
trailer is decent (only used for storage)

Any leads on some one who might want an "engine project" boat at a fair price would be appreciated
