If the boat is on the trailer I would spray it with salt away or CRC and try to break it loose with the truck. My trailer used to do it every once in a while and I could always break it free by just towing it.

I have a fresh water pond near my house and I always dunk the trailer in on my way home so every where the salt was is not totally cleaned out with fresh water.
