Is this a Sea Vee?

I have some doubt that the boat pictured is not a Sea Vee, but Title, stickers and seller insist that it is. Per the seller, the previouse owner rebuilt this boat in 2002. The boat suposedly started out as a 1989, 25' Cuddy Cabin Sea Vee. I have seen pictures of 1989 25' Open CC's but have yet to find a picture of a cuddy cabin earlier that mid 90's. Can anyone help that might have a picture or opinions of a 1989 (or close) 25' Sea Vee Cuddy Cabin? Also any structural information if indeed it is a Sea Vee. Or, what boat is it?

It looks like the older hull with a euro transom and new console added.

Being the expert and knowledgeable yacht salesman that you are I'm surprised that you haven't tracked down the MSO on the vessel. If it has a title then the MSO was surrendered to the State of Title. Either the State or the Manufacturer should be able to provide MSO data via the HID#.

I think its older then stated. I think its from way back when they started? sort of an ala carte type. which it might have been sold without a gunnel cap. They were all doing that originally. I have and still own more than one 233 formulas 24 ft blackfin and 25 ft blackfin. and I was very close to buying a 25 sea vee out of a garage type strip store? At the time I couldnt decide on a rampone, sea vee and ended up with a 24 blackfin. But I have no doubt that this is a stretched one of those hulls. And it doesnt matter what name is on it they all came from the 233 formula hull. Whats with all the love for cardinal joe?

Im not sure its a SEA VEE. Heres a picture of my 89' SeaVee, its an open CC, but the hull looks different from yours.
