I have a 22 ft hurricane fun desk with a hull that needs to be repainted. There are some spots where the old paint is starting to chip off, but most spots looks fairly good. Is there an easer way of taking the paint off of the bottom besides scraping or sand blasting? Can I just paint over what is already there? The boat stays on the lift in OC MD most of the time, so what paint would be the best. Any help would be appreciated.
